Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

**Refunds:**

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. We strive to provide accurate product information and ensure your satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

**Exchanges:**

We understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary. We offer exchanges with a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow the guidelines below:

 

  1. **Return Authorization:**

   Before initiating an exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

 

  1. **Restocking Fee:**

   A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the total value of the exchanged item. This fee covers processing and handling costs associated with the exchange.

 

  1. **Return Shipping:**

   The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

 

  1. **Condition of the Item:**

   The exchanged item must be returned to our warehouse in new resale condition. Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in the rejection of the exchange request.

 

  1. **Shipping of Replacement Item:**

   In addition to the return shipping cost, the buyer is also responsible for covering the shipping cost of the new item to our warehouse. The replacement item will be dispatched once the original item has been received and inspected.
